Laureate Education is a leading international network of quality, innovative institutions of higher education comprised of a network of 60 campus-based and online universities in 15+ countries, each operating with its own unique brand, offering degree programs to 1+ million students worldwide.
 
Decentralized organizations face unique risk and service management challenges, including the interpretation, implementation and monitoring of controls for both business functions and IT.  Establishing consistency across the enterprise required high levels of manual effort in documenting, attesting, auditing and reporting on the compliance matters.  
 
In 2018, Laureate began its ServiceNow journey with the pioneering approach of starting with GRC to automate compliance auditing and continuous monitoring and deploying Change Management across their corporate technology infrastructure.  In parallel, Laureate began the ITSM journey with targeted institutions and is planning to leverage ServiceNow in the globalization of the ITSM function in 2019, further driving automation and standardization across the globe.
