Government: Improve mission effectiveness
The US Postal Service was an early adopter of ServiceNow, originally going live in 2014. Since then, the platform has evolved, and much of the custom functionality that USPS implemented over the last five years is now available out of box from ServiceNow. USPS recently re-implemented core IT Service Management functionality. This session will discuss the USPS journey to return "back to baseline," and discuss challenges and lessons learned along the way.
